      Specialized groups focus on institutional clients. This means the name of the game is preserving the portfolio of clients. From what I saw, more senior executives had little incentive to help junior executives find their way in the company.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
