Pros

at least you got a job..this actually is only positive

Cons

Management who are not up to the job of actually managing people. Poor career progression (preventing capable employees from developing and moving in to better roles) - this is promised at interview and never delivered on. Lack of support for those who are off on sick leave or have a disability. Relocating staff to regional offices Lack of a proper welcome / introduction/ training programme for new employees. Even employees who ar eloyal and have to move within compnay they make sure its harder for you..leaving no option for you to either quit or settle for less salary and position

Pros

Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

Cons

Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
