If you like an easy life, there is minimal stress because you will never have to do anything that requires creativity, innovation, intellectual curiosity or critical thinking Most people are lovely but not particularly bright or commercial
Cons
Working with brown cardigans with not a lot of smarts who are just keen for 4pm to roll around so they can get back to the suburbs to pick up the kids Majority of people have zero work ethic or ambition Leadership at a local and regional level are absolutely awful. Blows my mind how such nasty, incompetent people can progress and then not really be held accountable for their total ineptitude Slow, siloed mentality Any spark you bring will quickly wither and die Company globally is going through absolute ripper headcount cuts and sadly losing a lot of the brains of the organisation to be replaced by McKinsey out of HQ If you have any intellect, ambition or curiosity this is definitely not the place for you
