      Decent pay Fun work events (happy hours, sporting events, etc) Good culture, really nice people

      Cons

      Very sink or swim when you start which can be stressful Difficult to manage time and workload. Feels like you have multiple bosses at once Onboarding process didn’t really exist and felt disorganized
