      Honestly I lucked into this position and I have been so impressed with Aon as a whole. Outside of the great pay they have a very generous time off policy and I have a wonderful manager,

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
