7yThanks for sharing your feedback although it’s disheartening to hear about your less than amazing outlook on leadership. We operate as a meritocracy & only promote our people into leaders when they have been successful in an individual contributory role . We also are investing even more heavily into additional leadership training which will in turn help our teams to be even more successful on the whole. With that being said, I will communicate your concerns with management & wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
