Pros
Part of Cisco, companies being acquired to help the product, with promises of integration. Sometimes Cisco can help you get into the account. Nice sales process.
Cons
Mostly all existing business, barely any new customers joining. Many reps going quarter to quarter not selling anything, can be a full year. Really long sales cycles, really saturated market. Company overall is shrinking, and did layoffs recently. Company has a huge turnover, sales and sales engineering is a revolving door. Marketing is weak will provide zero leads. Consistent chasing for business, to even get a conversation started. Market is very saturated.
