Pros
Good benefits, 3 weeks vacation starting out, and can usr company to get discounts on leisure items. Overall experience will depend on who your supervisor is. Work hours between 40-50 hours per week and weekends off. You get to try new items before they hit the market.
Cons
Physical work on the job can become tedious. Training is non-existant. Newer employees get thrown to the wolves a lot faster since they cannot keep a full sales team intact. A lot of yes men/women in management; doesn't use info to complement management style. Will ask for exorbitant tasks at times, which hurts employee morale. Compensation needs to improve to reflect hard working employees, not to try to pay them less.
