      Great place to get machine operating experience!! To be able to find better jobs!!

      Cons

      Nobody cares if u new they hate to train you. Everyone that has been there the longest has all the say. Management expect you to do things that they couldn't do if they tired. If u sitting behind a desk don't try to tell me how to run a machine. When you can't do it yourself.

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
