      Pros

      Good pay. They seem to be pretty competitive in regards to this. That's pretty much it.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts, extremely high turnover resulting in extremely high overtime hour which seem to always become mandatory.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
