      Pros

      I worked at BD for 40 years and had the opportunity to advance my entire career. It is a great company and one that treats it's employees fair. Would recommend to anyone interested in the medical device industry.

      Cons

      Like most companies, BD has started out sourcing functions which it considers lack value to it's common cores. A big mistake.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
