      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Management is very hands off until a problem arises. Team members are a pleasure to work with. Always projects in the pipeline.

      Cons

      No clear direction for career advancement. Lots of talk and promises of advancing but no solid action. Management staff is very reactive when present.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
