      Pros

      Good people, great cross functional team. Excellent Mission Statement. Opportunity to grow in you're personal development. Invests in new technology and software to improve products and time to market.

      Cons

      Tons of office politics. Yearly layoffs, layoffs did not consult with immediate managers. Ever-degrading health benefits. Outsourcing too many positions and core competency to reduce cost.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
