Pros
Good facilities,close knit and friendly shopfloor workforce. Working conditions mostly good.
Cons
Riddled with cronyism,nepotism and favoritism. Notorious locally for bullying which almost seems to be condoned and many people leaders are promoted despite a history of bullying. Ethical policy in name only. Poor management decisions now coming home to roost. Stress almost epidemic on the shop floor.
