      Strong values, good products, good people, stable company, increasingly performance/result oriented

      Cons

      Unclear roles & responsibilities in the complex matrix organization makes decision making slow, BD is quite risk averse but slowly getting better. Innovation and creativity not embedded in the culture. Quite short term thinking.
