      1. Challenging work, 2. Work leads to a positive impact on patients. 3. Support from management is good, the site lead is very approachable/down to earth. 4. Good budget for software/tools. 5. Good benefits package.

      Cons

      1. Canteen is average at best. 2. Work life balance goes out the window when deadlines are close. 3. Salaries are just about average.

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
