Pros
"Job Description" was very exciting. Benefit package was OK.
Cons
No leadership. No strategy. No execution by Senior Leaders. Career warfare at its finest (however I doubt most BD leaders have read the book). Be very careful who you commit to as they will simply pass off all field / associate successes that you have as their own and throughout the leadership team you will be a ghost.
