      Cons

      Unqualified management that cannot answer questions for the team they manage. No concern or understanding shown when employees are experiencing family crises. Use HR and company attorney to harrass & bully.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
