      Really Awful Management Many benefits available to engineers were taken away over time...ie, retirement bonus taken away after 4 engineers retired

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
