      Pros

      Work life balance, co-workers, benefits are cheap but okay.

      Cons

      Pay is below market standard, favoritism, inexperienced senior leadership leaves lower level employees running in circles to get an answer, C level management needs to take a closer look at who their hiring and why. A ton of turnover within the last 6 months is a sign.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
