      Lots of smart people. Big name company within the industry.

      Cons

      Toxic culture forces good employees to leave and the bad ones to stay. Unwilling to improve culture and old ways of business. Nepotism.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
