Pros
Benefits are decent although continue to increase out of pocket costs year over year for past 5+ years, Exposure to Enterprise business environment, Global opportunities, Business Best Practice familiarization, Brand Name recognition, steady and conservative, initiatives do make a positive difference in people's lives around the world.
Cons
Growth is slow and conservative, pay scales are set considerably lower than market, annual layoffs across all business units, too many new business acquisitions lead to variable targets, top leadership positions change too often, annual review process is extremely biased to the benefit of the business, smaller business units are are only viewed as profit centers and often forgotten/ignored and left undeveloped, agenda to send as many jobs overseas is very strong, institution minded, bottom line driven and inflexible, extremely political environment.
