      In general a great place to work. People are very motivated and push to accomplish large projects with limited resources. Good work life balance, benefits are okay, opportunities to work abroad,

      There is a gap in communication between engineers and management on all projects unless they are highly visible to upper LT.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
