      On leave of absence due to stroke and then laid off before returnedSeverance provided by company. Had to sign since needed money so wasn't able to pursue wrongful termination case due to medical disability discrimination

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
