      Good benefits and flexible schedules (depending on management).

      Cons

      Heavy politics and favoritism. No personal development unless you are a favorite. This includes training opportunities, conferences out of state/country, and special projects.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
