      BD is an amazing company to work for. The culture is thriving and inclusive. People always do their best because they believe in the purpose of improving the delivery of health. BD's innovation focuses on advancing the world of health. Communication at all levels of the organization is always a priority. I would highly recommend working for BD.

      BD is a big company that may be intimidating to some; however, they do a great job at communication and inclusion. You can still feel like an important part of this big company.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
