      Pros

      Great team to work with. Collaboration is easy and management is sensitive to work/life situations. Movement of job positions are encouraged within the company.

      Cons

      Salary is below average for business analysts, range of 50K - 70K depending if a s Senior analyst. Not much room for advancement within the same department due to member staying long term in there positions (5-20 years).

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
