No LTI for new employees & award process biased towards long term employees; Top-heavy organizations w/ lazy, out-of-touch, or coasting leadership; bigwigs travel while forcing actual boots-on ground employees to beg for funds; zero engagement w/ maximum buzzwords, Headquarters is full of people who don't do jack but will take all of the credit/none of the blame. Super clique-y w/ obvious favoritism. Succession planning requires diversity considerations and management goals weight DEI aspects at 40%, so non-diverse personnel have limited opportunities for advancement unless you are hand-picked.
