      * Above average pay for SWE. * Good managers in SWE (but not for all departments) * Recently acquired by BD (for the better)

      Cons

      * Small yearly bonus (2% based on profits). * Average PTO (starts at 17 days). * Quality of work life is very dependent on functional manager. * Program Management often pushes for unrealistic deadlines.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
