      Pros

      Lots of good people still working there, nice location, quite good benefits, worthwhile products, progression opportunities (if your face fits)

      Cons

      Senior Leadership are yes men, 100% focussed on keeping their bosses happy rather than running a successful business or looking after their staff. Lots of the really good managers have already left and the remaining ones already have exit plans.

      Good hours. Paid lunch, clean work environment.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
