      Pros

      Lots of little perks like free soda and beer on Fridays. Have a lot of outings in the past but most are on weekends and why would you want to spend even more time with the people you work with?

      Cons

      Middle management is trying to make a name for themselves on the backs of the lower employees and have zero respect for people. There are many people considering leaving as this all started with the promotion of one person. Too bad as this used to be a great place to work, now certain managers seem to have become greedy at the cost of the culture that built the company.

      Pros

      Phenomenal culture, really can tell they want everyone to be a family outside of the work. They have a sports team and really encourage attending outside events!

      Pros

      There actually are great people, but you play manager roulette.

      Cons

      BDO is notorious for promoting people who just never leave. The middle of the road, not great, not awful, people get promoted over and over again. There have been changes every 3 seconds since the ESOP. Terrible communication around change (non-existent). My manager's favorite term was "We are building the plane as we fly it". After 4 years, I was hoping to have more plane built. It was never built.
