      Fantastic team environment during projects. Upper level management does not micro manage and actually notices those that work hard. Great team work environment.

      Cons

      Expect to relocate family to new city or state every couple years. Nature of the industry.

      Pros

      International work in interesting locations. Project teams can be great from job to job.

      Cons

      No long term career growth. Senior management will gaslight you with promises. Nepotism is a joke at this company and kills morale. If looking for a short term stint overseas Harbert could be an option. If looking for something long term stay away. You will be passed up by a relative of someone or one of the 15 VP's yes men.
