      Hardly any time off. Not a great work/life balance.

      Thank you for your hard work. While our schedules do require long hours, we strive to help our employees maintain a work/life balance. We will take this feedback and see what can be done to improve.

      Pros

      International work in interesting locations. Project teams can be great from job to job.

      Cons

      No long term career growth. Senior management will gaslight you with promises. Nepotism is a joke at this company and kills morale. If looking for a short term stint overseas Harbert could be an option. If looking for something long term stay away. You will be passed up by a relative of someone or one of the 15 VP's yes men.
