Pros
This is a great company. I've spent a lot of my career here starting soon after graduating with a degree in Building Construction. The owner is a solid guy who leaves the management of the company to his people. A lot of the senior management have worked in the field and understand the stresses and challenges. There's a lot to learn at BLHI and there are always support systems in place to shore up most problems. While the company continues to grow and refine it's way of doing business, it is very careful not to stray too far from its core market or grow too fast.
Cons
This is a fast moving company as the construction industry is all about deadline. The work is challenging and not for everyone. If a challenge is what you're looking for, the benefits are great here.
