      Good Leadership, recognition, payscale and benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of communication in regards to future work once current workksite is complete, many employees left wondering when and if they will have work, when and where they will asked to go without notice.

      Pros

      International work in interesting locations. Project teams can be great from job to job.

      Cons

      No long term career growth. Senior management will gaslight you with promises. Nepotism is a joke at this company and kills morale. If looking for a short term stint overseas Harbert could be an option. If looking for something long term stay away. You will be passed up by a relative of someone or one of the 15 VP's yes men.
