Pros
There was a genuinely impressive company culture at HQ until COVID hit, then everything changed. There are some amazing people to work with. The actual CEO is an amazing person but he's not around enough to realize how things have gone sideways.
Cons
- US Group leadership is closed off and cold. - Unwillingness to modernize or trust employees when it comes to remote work, etc. - Inappropriate comments made by staff (my boss told me to stop breastfeeding... like in general bc it was inconvenient to her). - No people of color, or women, in leadership. - Favoritism runs rampant among all departments -- these employees have unique opportunities that others do not.
