      A good place to learn on your own. Good opportunity to travel internationally. Multicultural environment in the international side.

      Cons

      Long hours, no carrier growth support, no mentorship or training (only safety and compliance trainings are provided). Sink or swim. Salary and bonus systems are not transparent. Organizational structure is not well defined.

      Pros

      International work in interesting locations. Project teams can be great from job to job.

      Cons

      No long term career growth. Senior management will gaslight you with promises. Nepotism is a joke at this company and kills morale. If looking for a short term stint overseas Harbert could be an option. If looking for something long term stay away. You will be passed up by a relative of someone or one of the 15 VP's yes men.
