Pros

Learning experiences abundant. Typically, great coworkers. Learning about new cultures and lots of travel.

Cons

Long work hours, you will get the 'performance penalty.' AKA, the better you are at your job, the more work you get with no increase in pay.

Pros

International work in interesting locations. Project teams can be great from job to job.

Cons

No long term career growth. Senior management will gaslight you with promises. Nepotism is a joke at this company and kills morale. If looking for a short term stint overseas Harbert could be an option. If looking for something long term stay away. You will be passed up by a relative of someone or one of the 15 VP's yes men.
