Great products but lack of integrity and employee care - District Sales Manager BRP Employee Review

Very corporate and filled with 'Yes man' management who won't challenge the status quo, even if they don't agree with it. Lack of opportunity for local employees (overseas offices are very different). Would have loved to stay with BRP but they could not offer me career progression, despite my many efforts and meetings about it.
