As a Trainee, you get to join the Recruiting industry, but 6-8 months there is more than enough.
Cons
The WORST environment you could ever imagine. Leadership is awful too and no one cares if you stay or leave but never ask for raises or a better role. If you do it, they'll let you get tired and sick of them so you leave on your own because they don't want to pay severance, and then they add you to their "black list" and your resignation reason will be due to performance and not because they suck as a company and "professionals".

The entire process (although long) was smooth; I was assigned a client, a team, and onboarding.
Cons
Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
