      Top performers compensated well for strong performance. Good work life balance. Staff at all levels have access to upper level management.

      Cons

      Because it is a growing firm in the North East region there are constantly changes at the firm. The staff turnover rate has also been very high since i started with the firm.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
