Pros
Good Benefits, competitive pay, strong willingness to examine and improve processes, company events are fun, work environment is professional. This company is constantly growing, so a high aptitude for change management is a must in order to "keep up".
Cons
The culture is elusive, not a lot of collaboration, company uses the oldest version of microsoft outlook & suite that I've ever seen... ouch.
