      Pros

      1. I love my co-workers. Everyone is easy to work with from staff to partner. 2. The work I get to do is interesting and is constantly changing so I'm never bored. 3. I get to have a lot of client contact and get to be involved in planning which I enjoy. 4. I think the compensation is above average and I am rewarded for hard work. 5. The office atmosphere is very comfortable. 6. The firm is always trying to incorporate new technology.

      Cons

      1. We do work a lot of hours. I don't think this is a secret in public accounting. 2. I think the workload is unbalanced between offices and regions. However, I think management is aware of this and they are trying to fix the problem.

      We are glad to hear you enjoy working with your colleagues and that you are consistently challenged in your role. Although there is no immediate solution for the long hours, flexible work schedules when needed can be granted. If you have any questions, your immediate manager or a human resources representative are always available.

      Good Benefits, Generous amount of Holidays and PTO, Hybrid

      Cons

      Long hours, Toxic culture, Aweful management who have inflated egos that treat staff as they are minions, with no respect. AWFUL pay rate, Sept to January you will have no life during open enrollment. Non stop travel, mandatory Saturday work during December. Every day you work 8:30 - 5:30 then you are expected to go home and work more overtime during busy season. Mandatory OT can be upwards of 10 plus hours per week.
