      Unplug days (random unannounced firm holidays) are nice

      Cons

      Rude management, realizations make no sense, variance listing goes out to staff if they are 5 hours off their charge hour goals which isn't even their responsibility. Unorganized scheduling

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
