      The team members are nice.

      Inconsistent practices, don't walk the talk. Good storyline, but the practices, don't support it. There are other firms out there that have better flexibility, pay, and promotion opportunities. Explore them first.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
