Strong DEI culture and for the most part looks after employee health and wellness with multiple health related reimbursement opportunities. 22 days off between holidays and "disconnect days" before touching PTO.
Cons
Pay can be below market rate, unlimited PTO doesn't reduce billable goals beyond 2 weeks worth of hours. It's a CPA firm, can be long hours.
