      Decent benefits and not much else

      Cons

      The definition of a toxic work environment. Everyone is completely overworked with two busy seasons. Cliquey group of people. Bad management, especially the senior managers. Compensation is not competitive compared to other similar sized firms. False promises made on future pay and bonuses. Apparently the company is now owned by a private equity firm.
