Baker Tilly is a fantastic firm; I can't praise it enough honestly. They truly are top tier and have fantastic managing principals and directors to work with. I was sad when I was leaving but after hearing a 2 admins and my former supervisor talk about me and another employee on a teams call, I was glad I made my decision to leave. Those individuals are a part of the ARC within BT and don't represent that firm at all. I understood that me leaving would cause them to actually step up in their roles. I hear that they haven't, and I left in November.
