      flexible work set up (remote or hybrid), large firm with networking opportunities, good salary and benefits, opportunities for raises and bonuses

      Cons

      hard to navigate/network within the firm due to a lot of diff teams/locations/practices and no "source of truth directory to refer to or a map to connect the dots. lots of skills and resources across the firm but not well utilzied across teams. more cross team collaboration would benefit teams

      Pros

      There is room left to build and have an impact. The quality of coworker is fantastic.

      Cons

      After a PE deal in 2025 and significant merger with Moss Adams in 2026, significant restructuring has reduced headcount in People Solutions and work seems to be shifting to India.
