Able to work from home. If you get assigned an attentive manager with good communication skills, you will be setup for success. Other managers are willing to step in if your manager is not giving you the direction or support you need. This is due because some managers just don't have the time to focus on talent development.
Cons
Excepts you execute framework engagements will minimal knowledge and guidance. Constantly have you shifting from different types of engagements SOC 1, SOC 2, Internal IT Audits and once again with minimal guidance. There tends to be an abnormal amount of office politics.
